1. Description of Services

Breath Into Life™ offers the following services and products:

• Individual and group biblical somatic breathwork sessions (in-person and virtual)
• The Breath Into Life™ Facilitator Certification Program (8-module online course)
• The Complete Business Bundle (certification + GHL business snapshot)
• Access to the Breath Into Life™ Audio Journey Library (certified facilitators only)
• Downloadable resources, guides, and educational materials

All sessions are grounded in the Word of Jesus Christ and are designed as a complementary wellness practice. They are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment.

2. Eligibility & Health Screening

By booking a session or enrolling in a course, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Breathwork involves altered breathing patterns that can produce intense physical and emotional responses. You are required to complete a health screening intake form before participating in any session. You must disclose all relevant medical conditions, including but not limited to:

• Cardiovascular conditions (heart disease, high blood pressure, history of stroke)
• Epilepsy or seizure disorders
• Severe anxiety, panic disorder, or active psychosis
• Pregnancy
• Recent surgery or physical injury
• Detached retina or glaucoma
• Any condition for which intense physical exertion is contraindicated

We reserve the right to decline or postpone your participation if we determine, in our sole discretion, that breathwork may not be appropriate for your current health status. We strongly encourage you to consult your healthcare provider before beginning any breathwork practice.

3. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

Breathwork and somatic release practices involve physical and emotional engagement that may produce tingling sensations, emotional release, temporary lightheadedness, muscle contractions, or other physical responses. These are generally normal and temporary. However, by participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with breathwork sessions, including any physical or emotional discomfort that may arise.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Breath Into Life™, its facilitators, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your participation in any session, course, or program, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

4. Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling

All session bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to reschedule a session. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session time will be treated as a no-show and the session fee will be forfeited.

In the event that Breath Into Life™ must cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide you with a full credit toward a future session or an alternative time at no additional charge.

5. Course Enrollment & Certification

Enrollment in the Breath Into Life™ Facilitator Certification Program grants you access to all 8 course modules, associated materials, and upon successful completion of the final assessment, a Certificate of Completion and access to the Audio Journey Library.

Course access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials, course materials, or audio recordings with any third party.

Certification does not grant you a license to practice as a licensed therapist, counselor, or mental health professional. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the scope of practice laws in your jurisdiction.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our courses — including text, graphics, logos, audio recordings, video content, course materials, the Breath Into Life™ name, the Sovereign Operating System framework, and the Neuro-Quantum Linguistics methodology — is the exclusive intellectual property of Breath Into Life™ and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any of our content without our prior written consent. Certified facilitators are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Breath Into Life™ facilitation framework within the scope defined in their certification agreement.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property will result in immediate revocation of certification and may result in legal action.

7. Audio Journey Library — Access & Restrictions

Access to the Audio Journey Library is a privilege granted exclusively to certified Breath Into Life™ facilitators. All recordings are delivered via secure streaming only. Downloading, recording, reproducing, redistributing, or reselling any audio content is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms and a violation of our intellectual property rights. Any facilitator found in violation will have their certification and library access immediately revoked without refund.

8. GHL Business Snapshot

The Complete Business Bundle includes a GoHighLevel (GHL) sub-account snapshot. This snapshot is provided as a business tool to support your facilitation practice. It is licensed for use by the individual purchaser only and may not be resold, transferred, or shared. Breath Into Life™ provides the snapshot as-is and does not guarantee specific business outcomes. Technical support for GHL platform issues is the responsibility of GoHighLevel directly.

9. Medical Disclaimer

The information, sessions, and course content provided by Breath Into Life™ are for educational and wellness purposes only. Nothing on this website or within our programs constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Breathwork and somatic release are complementary practices and are not a replacement for professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological care. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness practice, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Breath Into Life™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in St. Charles County, Missouri.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
