Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital products, experiential services, and the immediate value delivered upon purchase, Breath Into Life™ operates a strict no-refund policy. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made through Breath Into Life™ are non-refundable. This applies to all products and services without exception, including:

  • Individual breathwork sessions (in-person or virtual)

  • Group breathwork sessions and events

  • Waitlist deposits and session reservations

  • The Breath Into Life™ Facilitator Certification Program

  • The Complete Business Bundle (certification + GHL snapshot)

  • Any digital downloads, guides, or educational materials

  • Audio Journey Library access

  • Payment plan installments (once initiated, all remaining installments are due)

2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

We are deeply committed to the quality and integrity of every offering within the Breath Into Life™ framework. Our no-refund policy exists for the following reasons:

  • Immediate value delivery: Upon enrollment or booking, you receive immediate access to course materials, session preparation resources, and/or reserved facilitation time that cannot be returaned.

  • Digital product nature: Course content, audio recordings, and downloadable materials are delivered digitally and cannot be "returned" once accessed.

  • Reserved capacity: Each session and group event has limited capacity. Once your spot is reserved, it is held exclusively for you, preventing others from booking.

  • Facilitator preparation: Significant preparation time, including session customization and soundscape design, is invested prior to each session.

3. Session Cancellation & Rescheduling

While we do not offer refunds, we understand that life happens. The following rescheduling policy applies to individual and group sessions:

48 Hour Notice

You may reschedule your session one time at no charge. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session time to request a reschedule.

Less Than 48 Hours Notice

Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 48 hours before the session are treated as a no-show. The session fee is forfeited and no credit or reschedule will be offered.

No Show

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice results in full forfeiture of the session fee (if applicable). No credit, reschedule, or refund will be provided.

4. Payment Plans

If you have enrolled in the Facilitator Certification Program or the Complete Business Bundle using a payment plan, you are committing to the full purchase price. All installments are due regardless of whether you complete the course or use all features of the program. Failure to complete scheduled installment payments may result in suspension of course access until the outstanding balance is paid in full. Breath Into Life™ reserves the right to pursue collection of any unpaid balances.

5. Exceptions

We recognize that extraordinary circumstances can arise. The following limited exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion:

  • Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error, we will promptly issue a refund for the duplicate charge upon verification.

  • Service not delivered: If Breath Into Life™ is unable to deliver a purchased service and cannot offer a reasonable alternative or reschedule, a credit or refund may be issued at our discretion.

To request consideration of an exception, please contact us within 7 days of the purchase or scheduled service date at [email protected] with your order details and a description of the circumstances. All exception requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and our decision is final.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us directly at [email protected] to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card provider. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is a violation of these Terms. In the event of a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback, we reserve the right to dispute the claim, provide documentation of your purchase and agreement to this policy, and pursue recovery of any associated fees or losses.

7. Your Acknowledgement

By completing any purchase on our website or through our booking system, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in its entirety. You confirm that you understand all sales are final and that no refunds will be issued except in the limited circumstances described in Section 5 above.
